TERMS & CONDITIONS

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

It may take 7-10 business days for your order to be deliveried Australia-wide and 21-28 business days world-wide.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@paulmoleta.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide and a standard shipping fee of $8.75 to all other world-wide destinations.

 

Orders over $100 are shipped free world-wide.

 

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@paulmoleta.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURNS

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

 

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned.

 

Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

 

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate a return please complete the following steps:

 

Contact us via contact@paulmoleta.com providing your full name, address, contact details, email address and order ID.

 

Provide photo's of the products you wish to return from your order.

 

Upon our confirmation, send all items back to the return address :

Once we receive your returned products it may take 3-7 business days to receive your refund. 

 

All refunds will be deposited as per purchased method.

 

Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

 

Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.

 

Unfortunately we do not refund any lost or damaged returns.
